BTS SC75
Used equipment... The SC75 SECAM decoder has been developed to convert CCVS-SECAM signals into component signals of different types.
It is situated to supply these signals in analog form as well as in digital form.
The SC75 SECAM decoder generates from the CCVS signal one luminance signal Y and two color difference signals R-Y and B-Y. For correction of different signal parameters, the following characteristics can be modified:
- Luminance amplitude
- Chrominance amplitude
- Setup (luminance)
- Contour
For processing on analog signal level, three output sockets provide one luminance signal with sync, one PR signal and one PB signal. A further output supplies a sync signal with an amplitude of optionally 2 Vpp or 4 Vpp.
A dematrix circuit generates R, G and B signals which preferably serve for connection of monitors.
To the same output sockets, also components signals can be switched in the form luminance with sync, PR and PB. The component signals thus being available, can be applied in component signal studios or islands.
The SC75 SECAM decoder is suited to process optionally two CCVS input signals or one Y/C signal. For special applications, the XX 0015 analog/ digital converter can also be operated separately; the setting functions are then inoperative. The analog component signals Y, PR and PB are applied to separate inputs. A separate sync input is also available. The analog/ digital interface has a parallel output port where the data signals are available in the CCIR 601/656 format.
In addition to option XX 0015, two further output sockets are provided for two serial digital output signals.
Almost all functions can be operated on the front of the unit as well as from remote control SC 75/1100. A corresponding remote control connector is provided at the rear of the unit.
